Return Policy

1. Introduction
This Return Policy explains how you can return products purchased from Ghivexoncrax ("we", "us", "our"), Henriette-Herz-Platz 3, 10178 Berlin, Germany, and how refunds are processed. It applies to orders placed via our website https://ghivexoncrax.world and complements our Terms of Service. If you are a consumer in the European Union or the European Economic Area, you have a statutory right of withdrawal in distance contracts; this policy describes how we implement that right and our general return process.
2. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
If you are a consumer (i.e. you are acting for purposes that are predominantly outside your trade, business, craft, or profession), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
Withdrawal period: The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods.
How to exercise the right: To withdraw, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal: If you withdraw, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
Return of goods: You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed to bear them or we have failed to inform you that you must bear them. We will inform you of the return address (our address above or another address we specify) when you notify us of your withdrawal.

4. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they were unsealed after delivery (e.g. food supplements in opened packaging). If you have agreed to the start of performance during the withdrawal period (e.g. we begin providing a service at your request), you may lose the right to withdraw once we have fully performed the service. We will inform you of any such exceptions before you place your order where the law requires.
5. Condition of returned goods
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. In other words, you may inspect the goods as you would in a shop, but you must not use them beyond what is necessary. If the goods are diminished in value due to unnecessary handling, we may claim compensation for that diminished value. We recommend returning the goods in their original packaging where possible and using a traceable delivery method.
6. Refund process
Once we receive your withdrawal notice and, where applicable, the returned goods (or evidence of return), we will process your refund as follows:
- We will send you a confirmation that we have received your withdrawal and, where relevant, the returned goods.
- We will reimburse you within 14 days of the day we received your withdrawal (or, if later, within 14 days of receipt of the goods or of your proof of sending them back). The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; no fees will be charged for the reimbursement.
- If you received the goods in the meantime, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or evidence that you have sent them back.

7. Defective goods (warranty)
If the goods are defective, your statutory warranty rights apply (e.g. repair, replacement, price reduction, or withdrawal from the contract, depending on the circumstances). The right of withdrawal described above is separate from warranty rights. If you believe the product is defective, please contact us promptly with details and, where possible, photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with the law.
8. Business customers
If you are not a consumer (e.g. you are ordering in the course of your trade or profession), the statutory right of withdrawal under the German Civil Code may not apply. Any return or refund in such cases is subject to our agreement and may be governed by separate terms. Please contact us to discuss returns and refunds.
